Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b frekven\u010dn\u00ed j\u00edzda je z\u00e1kladem \u00fasp\u011bchu pro nadkolenn\u00ed amputace, \u010d\u00edm rychleji se nau\u010d\u00ed\u0161 to\u010dit, t\u00edm to bude lep\u0161\u00ed. Lehk\u00fd p\u0159evod je zpo\u010d\u00e1tku samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed, postupn\u011b, jak se bude\u0161 na kole zlep\u0161ovat, bude\u0161 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e p\u0159id\u00e1vat, p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed podobn\u00e9 frekvence.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>&#8222;Jsou n\u011bjak\u00e1 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed (t\u0159eba jen s vlastn\u00ed vahou t\u011bla nebo se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed) nebo n\u011bjak\u00e1 kn\u00ed\u017eka o tr\u00e9ninku pro stehenn\u00edho amput\u00e1\u0159e?&#8220;<\/strong><br \/> Samostatn\u00e1 publikace o sportu nadkolenn\u00edch amput\u00e1\u0159\u016f, tr\u00e9ninku \u010di regenera\u010dn\u00edch cvi\u010den\u00edch zat\u00edm neexistuje. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b odborn\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f a prac\u00ed na danou t\u00e9matiku je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada. Pokud pravideln\u011b a intenzivn\u011b sportujete, d\u0159\u00edve \u010di pozd\u011bji naraz\u00edte na probl\u00e9m p\u0159et\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fdch svalov\u00fdch skupin, ke kter\u00e9mu v d\u016fsledku amputace bude doch\u00e1zet. <br \/> Vy\u0159e\u0161\u00edte to velice jednoduchou v\u011bc\u00ed &#8211; doporu\u010duji denn\u011b za\u0159adit cvi\u010den\u00ed na pos\u00edlen\u00ed b\u0159icha, rukou a zad. \u0158ekn\u011bme 30 klik\u016f, 50 sed leh\u016f a 50 zdviha\u010dek na z\u00e1dov\u00e9 svaly. Kdy\u017e to budete d\u011blat ka\u017ed\u00fd den r\u00e1no, tak po 2 &#8211; 3 m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch nebudete m\u00edt \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee s jednostrannou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je Va\u0161e t\u011blo po amputaci vystaveno. Svaly zajist\u00ed zpevn\u011bn\u00ed a t\u00edm i kompenzaci p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch parti\u00ed trupu.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>&#8222;Pravideln\u011b, 3x t\u00fddn\u011b nav\u0161t\u011bvuji posilovnu, jsem voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159. Jak\u00fd sport bych m\u011bl je\u0161t\u011b za\u0159adit do t\u00fddenn\u00edho tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu? Jde mi zat\u00edm pouze o v\u0161eobecnou kondici.&#8220;<\/strong><br \/> Nyn\u00ed v zim\u011b doporu\u010duji za\u0159adit plav\u00e1n\u00ed. 1-2x t\u00fddn\u011b. A\u017e se po\u010das\u00ed vylep\u0161\u00ed a bude teplo, bylo by velmi vhodn\u00e9 p\u0159idat j\u00edzdu na handbike.
