Pokus\u00edm se zde souhrnn\u011b odpov\u011bd\u011bt na nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dotazy. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> Tedy, jak tr\u00e9novat na handbike v zim\u011b? Odpov\u011b\u010f je velice jednoduch\u00e1 &#8211; \u010dasto a hodn\u011b. Zimn\u00ed obdob\u00ed je z\u00e1kladem pro tvorbu obecn\u00e9 kondice a vytrvalosti, ze kter\u00e9 budete \u010derpat po celou p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed sez\u00f3nu. Plat\u00ed zde, \u017ee v\u0161e co do tr\u00e9ninku vlo\u017e\u00edte, se na ja\u0159e a v l\u00e9t\u011b vr\u00e1t\u00ed v podob\u011b kvalitn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed popis je koncipov\u00e1n pro z\u00e1vodn\u00edka, kter\u00fd je schopen absolvovat z\u00e1vod \u010cesk\u00e9ho poh\u00e1ru handbike. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b ho m\u016f\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edt i \u00fapln\u00fd za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edk, kter\u00fd by cht\u011bl zdokonalit svou fyzi\u010dku, pak sta\u010d\u00ed pouze \u00fam\u011brn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 hodiny (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 1\/2) a zpo\u010d\u00e1tku ubrat jeden a\u017e dva tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 dny. <\/p>\n<p> V prosinci, lednu a \u00fanoru by tedy v\u00e1\u0161 tr\u00e9nink na handbike m\u011bl vypadat n\u00e1sledovn\u011b: <\/p>\n<p> pond\u011bl\u00ed: volno \u2013 regenerace, kompenza\u010dn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b plav\u00e1n\u00ed<br \/> \u00fater\u00fd: trena\u017e\u00e9r 1:30 hod. <br \/> st\u0159eda: trena\u017e\u00e9r 1 &#8211; 2 hod.<br \/> \u010dtvrtek: volno \u2013 regenerace, kompenza\u010dn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed, plav\u00e1n\u00ed<br \/> p\u00e1tek: trena\u017e\u00e9r 1 hod.<br \/> sobota: trena\u017e\u00e9r 1 hod. + plav\u00e1n\u00ed 1 hod.<br \/> ned\u011ble: trena\u017e\u00e9r 1 &#8211; 2 hod.<\/p>\n<p> Tr\u00e9nink v\u017edy mus\u00ed obsahovat rozjet\u00ed, tempovou \u010d\u00e1st a vyjet\u00ed v pom\u011bru p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b t\u0159etinov\u00e9m. Tempov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st by m\u011bla b\u00fdt bu\u010f souvisl\u00e1 (\u00fater\u00fd, p\u00e1tek) \u2013 rovnom\u011brn\u00e9 tempo do 85 % max TF nebo pyramidov\u00e1 (st\u0159eda, ned\u011ble) postupn\u00e9 zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee a\u017e do 85% a op\u011bt postupn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a toto opakovat 2x a\u017e 3x.<br \/> P\u0159\u00edklad pyramidov\u00e9ho \u00faseku: pokud bude v\u00e1\u0161 tr\u00e9nink trvat 1:30 hod. tak se budete 30 minut rozj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt a 30 minut vyj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt. v prost\u0159edn\u00edch 30 minut\u00e1ch pojedete 3 desetiminutov\u00e9 \u00faseky jejich\u017e vrcholy budou v 5, 15 a 25 minut\u011b. <\/p>\n<p> Tr\u00e9nink m\u00e1 n\u011bkolik pravidel, kter\u00e9 mus\u00edte dodr\u017eet, aby va\u0161e n\u00e1maha byla efektivn\u00ed:<br \/> 1. pravidelnost \u2013 nesm\u00edte vynechat tr\u00e9nink a tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fd \u0159\u00e1d<br \/> 2. v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u00fanavy sni\u017ete d\u00e1vky, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b za\u0159a\u010fte den volna<br \/> 3. je velmi vhodn\u00e9 v tomto obdob\u00ed nahradit n\u011bkter\u00e9 dny i jinou tr\u00e9ninkovou aktivitou ne\u017e pouze jezdit na trena\u017eeru \u2013 plav\u00e1n\u00ed, posilovna, monoski, atd&#8230;<br \/> 4. v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nemoci po\u010dkat a\u017e do \u00fapln\u00e9ho uzdraven\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b za\u010d\u00edt tr\u00e9novat nejd\u0159\u00edve ve t\u0159etinov\u00fdch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch a n\u00edzk\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei<br \/> 5. NEZ\u00c1VODIT!!! V\u00e1\u0161 tr\u00e9nink by se m\u011bl pohybovat do 85 % maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed tepov\u00e9 frekvence.<br \/> Zkou\u0161et ka\u017ed\u00fd druh\u00fd tr\u00e9nink, jestli u\u017e je m\u00e1 v\u00e1\u0161 tr\u00e9nink pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky je nesmysl a z\u00e1kladn\u00ed chyba. Na z\u00e1vod\u011bn\u00ed a rychlostn\u00ed testy m\u00e1te dost \u010dasu a u\u017eijete si jich v\u00edc ne\u017e dost za p\u00e1r m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. <br \/> 6. p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lejte o nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed sez\u00f3n\u011b.
