J\u00edt si zab\u011bhat, zajezdit na kole, plavat, \u201eu\u017e\u00edt\u201c si svou hodinku denn\u011b v posilovn\u011b. Mo\u017enost\u00ed je \u0159ada.<br \/> Na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b jsou statis\u00edce lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou na tom \u00fapln\u011b stejn\u011b a ka\u017edodenn\u011b si najdou \u010das a prostor pro sv\u016fj sport. A nejsou ni\u010d\u00edm limitov\u00e1ni, jsou povzneseni nad nech\u00e1pav\u00e9 pohledy koleg\u016f, kdy\u017e p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed brzy r\u00e1no v de\u0161ti na kole do pr\u00e1ce \u010di o poledn\u00ed pauze m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed na hodinku do posilovny, baz\u00e9nu nebo jen ignoruj\u00ed v\u00fdtah a v obleku poctiv\u011b vyb\u00edhaj\u00ed schody v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fdch budov. <br \/> Nevad\u00ed jim \u010dastokr\u00e1t i velmi pokro\u010dil\u00fd v\u011bk, absence sportovn\u00edho talentu, zdravotn\u00ed handicap, nemaj\u00ed v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed ambice ani pot\u0159ebu komukoliv cokoliv dokazovat.<br \/> Pro\u010d to tedy d\u011bl\u00e1me? Opravdu jen t\u011b\u017eko lze uv\u011b\u0159it tvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee jezdit na kole t\u0159i hodiny v m\u00ednus 7 stupn\u00edch je n\u011bjak\u00e1 super z\u00e1bava a o pozitivn\u00edch pocitech z takov\u00e9hoto tr\u00e9ninku by se tak\u00e9 dalo celkem \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b diskutovat. Odpov\u011b\u010f je ale snadn\u00e1 &#8211; sport je na\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed filozofi\u00ed. Na\u0161\u00edm kon\u00ed\u010dkem a z\u00e1bavou a pro \u0159adu z n\u00e1s i smyslem \u017eivota. <br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wordpress\/image\/k_clankum\/por26_4.jpg\" ALIGN=\"right\" HSPACE=5 VSPACE=5> Mnoho lid\u00ed za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 sportovat \u010dastokr\u00e1t a\u017e v pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku z d\u016fvod\u016f zcela racion\u00e1ln\u00edch, nap\u0159. na doporu\u010den\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159e, ze snahy upravit \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, zhubnout, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt stimulem ke sportu tak\u00e9 \u00faraz, nemoc a prost\u00e1 snaha dostat se zp\u011bt na p\u016fvodn\u00ed kondici \u010di zlep\u0161it svou pohyblivost. <br \/> Toto ka\u017edodenn\u00ed sportov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje pracovat na sob\u011b, zdokonalovat se, zlep\u0161ovat, dok\u00e1zat si, \u017ee na to po\u0159\u00e1d m\u00e1m, \u017ee to zvl\u00e1dnu. \u0158ada takto sportuj\u00edc\u00edch postupem \u010dasu zjist\u00ed, \u017ee je ta ka\u017edodenn\u00ed aktivita vlastn\u011b bav\u00ed. Sleduj\u00ed, jak se lep\u0161\u00ed, c\u00edt\u00ed se fyzicky i psychicky siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a tak sportuj\u00ed d\u00e1l a od ur\u010dit\u00e9 chv\u00edle jsou nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed a podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, kdy\u017e jim nap\u0159. pracovn\u00ed \u010di jin\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky nedovol\u00ed absolvovat tr\u00e9nink. <br \/> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wordpress\/image\/k_clankum\/por26_3.jpg\" ALIGN=\"left\" HSPACE=5 VSPACE=5 alt=\"Foto: V. Vodi\u010dkov\u00e1 - www.i-sport4you.cz\">K tomu, aby \u010dlov\u011bk celo\u017eivotn\u011b pravideln\u011b sportoval, ur\u010dit\u011b nemus\u00ed m\u00edt za sebou kari\u00e9ru v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edho sportovce, z\u00e1vodn\u00edka \u010di dokonce profesion\u00e1la ov\u011bn\u010den\u00e9ho medailemi z v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch sv\u011btov\u00fdch sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed. Opak je sp\u00ed\u0161e pravdou. Jen velmi m\u00e1lo v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edch sportovc\u016f se po letech profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u0159iny dok\u00e1\u017ee motivovat k pravideln\u00e9mu sportov\u00e1n\u00ed i po ukon\u010den\u00ed aktivn\u00ed profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed kari\u00e9ry. Sport je \u017eivil, tr\u00e9nink se stal nutnost\u00ed, z\u00e1vody stresem, nikoliv z\u00e1bavou a du\u0161evn\u00ed regenerac\u00ed.<br \/> Ale p\u0159esto je p\u00e1r t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed se zaujet\u00edm dnes z\u00e1vod\u00ed v z\u00e1vodech pro \u0161irokou ve\u0159ejnost, podobn\u011b, jako kdysi na mistrovstv\u00ed sv\u011bta p\u0159ed vyprodan\u00fdmi tribunami. A v\u016fbec jim nevad\u00ed, \u017ee dnes bojuj\u00ed nap\u0159. o um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed ve t\u0159et\u00ed stovce z\u00e1vodn\u00edk\u016f, hobb\u00edk\u016f i kdy\u017e kdysi pat\u0159ili k absolutn\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9 extrat\u0159\u00edd\u011b. <br \/> Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee to je asi ten prav\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad sportu, jako \u017eivotn\u00ed filozofie. Tr\u00e9ninku, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 nejenom zdokonalit sv\u00e9 t\u011blo, sv\u00e9 pohyby, koordinaci, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm uvolnit na\u0161i mysl, navodit pozitivn\u00ed my\u0161lenky, st\u00e1t se siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi. V\u016fbec nejde o to, abychom soupe\u0159ili s ostatn\u00edmi a byli lep\u0161\u00ed \u010di hor\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e oni. Jde jen o to, co p\u0159i sportu c\u00edt\u00edme my sami a co n\u00e1m sport p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm n\u00e1s obohacuje.<br \/> Na z\u00e1v\u011br pou\u017eiji cit\u00e1t z knihy <strong>&#8222;O \u010dem mluv\u00edm, kdy\u017e mluv\u00edm o b\u011bh\u00e1n\u00ed&#8220;<\/strong> \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9ho a sv\u011btov\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00e9ho spisovatele <strong>Haruki Murakamiho<\/strong>, kter\u00fd ka\u017ed\u00fd den, ve v\u011bku \u0161edes\u00e1t t\u0159i let, poctiv\u011b absolvuje svou mnohakilometrovou tr\u00e9ninkovou d\u00e1vku:<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wordpress\/image\/k_clankum\/por26_1.jpg\" ALIGN=\"right\" HSPACE=5 VSPACE=5><em> &#8222;Kdo n\u011bkdy zkusil zab\u011bhnout maraton, poznal s\u00e1m, \u017ee pro b\u011b\u017ece nep\u0159edstavuje zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed probl\u00e9m, jestli snad v z\u00e1vod\u011b nad n\u011bk\u00fdm konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm zv\u00edt\u011bz\u00ed, nebo ne. <br \/>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee st\u00e1t se b\u011b\u017ecem vrcholov\u00fdm, kter\u00e9mu jde o prvn\u00ed m\u00edsto, bude pro m\u011b \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, abych p\u0159ekonal v\u0161echny soupe\u0159e p\u0159ed sebou, ale pro oby\u010dejn\u00e9ho civilistu n\u011bjak\u00e9 osobn\u00ed v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed nebo prohra tolik neznamenaj\u00ed. Mo\u017en\u00e1, \u017ee jsou takov\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v b\u011bhu motivuje touha &#8222;b\u00fdt lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ten a ten&#8220;, a mo\u017en\u00e1, \u017ee jim to pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159i tr\u00e9ninku.<br \/> V\u011bt\u0161ina obvykl\u00fdch b\u011b\u017ec\u016f se pou\u0161t\u00ed do z\u00e1vodu s t\u00edm, \u017ee si nejd\u0159\u00edv stanov\u00ed osobn\u00ed c\u00edl a \u0159ekne si: &#8222;Tentokr\u00e1t to chci zab\u011bhnout za tolik a za tolik&#8220;. Pokud to v dan\u00e9m \u010dase ub\u011bhne, \u0159ekne si pak b\u011b\u017eec (nebo b\u011b\u017ekyn\u011b), \u017ee n\u011bco dok\u00e1zal, pokud ne, v\u00ed, \u017ee tentokr\u00e1t neusp\u011bl.
