V\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed sportovci jsou postupnou metodou odmali\u010dka vychov\u00e1v\u00e1ni k celkov\u00e9mu vyu\u017eit\u00ed sv\u00fdch fyzick\u00fdch sil b\u011bhem z\u00e1vodu. <br \/>Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b, ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00fdkon na hranici 100% schopnost\u00ed organismus velmi vy\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1. Psychicky i fyzicky. Absolutn\u00ed v\u00fdkony na pomysln\u00fdch &#8222;120%&#8220; je pak jedinec schopen p\u0159edv\u00e9st p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 2x do roka. Pokud se n\u011bkdy v juniorsk\u00e9m v\u011bku rozhodne jedinec pod\u0159\u00eddit sportu v\u0161e, m\u011blo by to b\u00fdt \u010dist\u011b jeho rozhodnut\u00ed a m\u011bl by v\u011bd\u011bt, pro\u010d tak \u010din\u00ed.<br \/>Zn\u00e1m \u0159adu p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f ambici\u00f3zn\u00edch rodi\u010d\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed vizi, \u017ee z jejich ratolest\u00ed budou slavn\u00ed sportovci. Jsou pro to ochotni ob\u011btovat doslova v\u0161e, od \u00fatl\u00e9ho v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte plat\u00ed renomovan\u00e9 tren\u00e9ry, po kter\u00fdch po\u017eaduj\u00ed, aby jejich potomek byl \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd a v\u00fdsledek je v 99% velmi negativn\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p> <strong> 7. V\u0161echno ve sportu je limitov\u00e1no rychlost\u00ed. S\u00edla, vytrvalost a obratnost jsou a\u017e druho\u0159adou z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed. Proto nikdy nic ned\u011blejte pomalu. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Ne. Rychlost pramen\u00ed z vytrvalosti. Abych u\u010dinil sportovn\u00ed motorick\u00fd pohyb technicky \u010dist\u011b a rychle, mus\u00ed na to b\u00fdt svaly n\u00e1le\u017eit\u011b p\u0159ipraveny. <br \/> Pokud m\u00e1m pot\u0159ebn\u00fd fyzick\u00fd z\u00e1klad, m\u016f\u017eu budovat rychlost a tu postupn\u011b zdokonalovat. Pokud tak neu\u010din\u00edm, v\u00fdsledkem m\u00e9ho sna\u017een\u00ed bude tak maxim\u00e1ln\u011b svalov\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed, \u010di rychl\u00fd start a dost. <\/p>\n<p> <strong> 8. Ka\u017ed\u00fd sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon je v\u00fdsledkem tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce realizovan\u00e9 sportovcem od nej\u00fatlej\u0161\u00edho d\u011btstv\u00ed. V\u0161e se s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p> <\/strong> Ano. S\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se v\u0161e. \u010castokr\u00e1t sv\u00fdm sv\u011b\u0159enc\u016fm rad\u00edm \u2013 p\u0159idejte denn\u011b v tr\u00e9ninku 15 minut z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee nav\u00edc. Sportovec odvede obvykle 75% sv\u00e9ho maxima.To je pot\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomovat v p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b i v pr\u016fb\u011bhu vlastn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu.<\/p>\n<p> <\/strong> Mo\u017en\u00e1 trochu nesrozumiteln\u00e1 v\u011bta je v\u0161ak velmi moudr\u00fdm tvrzen\u00edm, kter\u00e9 v praxi funguje a je z\u00e1kladem sportovn\u00edho \u00fasp\u011bchu. <br \/> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wordpress\/image\/k_clankum\/tp_21a.jpg\" ALIGN=\"right\" HSPACE=5 VSPACE=5> Ka\u017edou velkou sportovn\u00ed sout\u011b\u017e \u010di v\u00fdkon prov\u00e1z\u00ed cel\u00e1 \u0159ada negativn\u00edch faktor\u016f \u2013 stres, prost\u0159ed\u00ed, klima, atd. <br \/>Pokud m\u00e1m v z\u00e1vod\u011b z\u00faro\u010dit svou p\u0159\u00edpravu a tr\u00e9nink, mus\u00edm se t\u00edmto n\u011bjak vypo\u0159\u00e1dat.
