Conconiho anal\u00fdze a porovnat je se sou\u010dasn\u00fdm tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fdm trendem. <\/p>\n<p> Kr\u00e1tce p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1m, \u017ee profesor biochemie Francesco Conconi z italsk\u00e9 Ferrari pat\u0159\u00ed k v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm postav\u00e1m tvorby v\u011bdeck\u00e9ho pojet\u00ed tr\u00e9ninku. Je obdivov\u00e1n i zatracov\u00e1n z\u00e1rove\u0148 a mezi jeho sv\u011b\u0159ence pat\u0159ily takov\u00e9 osobnosti sv\u011btov\u00e9ho sportu, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad: Francesco Moser a jeho mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdkony v cyklistick\u00e9 hodinovce, legend\u00e1rn\u00ed M. Indurain i olympijsk\u00fd v\u00edt\u011bz v maratonu G. Bordin. <br \/> Jeho dev\u011bt z\u00e1sad tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9ho procesu vyvolalo sv\u00e9ho \u010dasu bou\u0159liv\u00e9 reakce u ostatn\u00edch odborn\u00edk\u016f &#8211; od naprost\u00e9ho odm\u00edtnut\u00ed a\u017e po bezv\u00fdhradn\u00fd obdiv. Od t\u00e9 doby u\u017e sice p\u00e1r let uplynulo, nicm\u00e9n\u011b je velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 porovnat tyto z\u00e1sady se sou\u010dasn\u00fdmi tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fdmi metodami, ostatn\u011b tyto body jsou p\u0159edm\u011btem odborn\u00fdch diskus\u00ed dodnes&#8230;<\/p>\n<p> <strong><u>\u010d\u00e1st 1.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <strong> 1. Kdo chce opravdu n\u011b\u010deho ve sportu dos\u00e1hnout, mus\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtat s bolestiv\u00fdmi tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fdmi metodami. Sebev\u011bt\u0161\u00ed objemy nemohou nahradit tr\u00e9nink, kdy je sportovci na zvracen\u00ed a mysl\u00ed si, \u017ee je na pokraji sv\u00fdch sil. K v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed se nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed po lehk\u00fdch cest\u00e1ch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Ano i ne. Z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti mohu potvrdit, \u017ee pro ano hovo\u0159\u00ed fakt, \u017ee jenom ti jedinci, kte\u0159\u00ed jdou v tr\u00e9ninku a\u017e na hranici sv\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed, pak v\u011bt\u0161inou dosahuj\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch.<br \/> Pro ne hovo\u0159\u00ed fakt, \u017ee velmi tvrd\u00e9 metody bez osobn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstupu \u010dastokr\u00e1t ukon\u010dily p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b kari\u00e9ru cel\u00e9 \u0159ady talentovan\u00fdch jedinc\u016f.<br \/> M\u016fj n\u00e1zor: Ano, jsem zast\u00e1nce velmi tvrd\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku, ale s individu\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupem, vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z pe\u010dliv\u00e9, ka\u017edodenn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce s tr\u00e9novan\u00fdm jedincem, tak aby se negativn\u00ed projevy tvrd\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku eliminovaly na minimum. <\/p>\n<p> <strong> 2. Ka\u017ed\u00fd skute\u010dn\u011b \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd v\u00fdkon ve sv\u00e9m z\u00e1v\u011bru p\u0159edstavuje silovou pr\u00e1ci. O v\u00fdsledku pak rozhoduje jen hrub\u00e1 s\u00edla a psychick\u00e1 odolnost sportovce. Proto i v tr\u00e9ninku je t\u0159eba pracovat na sam\u00e9 hranici vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed. Neexistuje jin\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak si svoji s\u00edlu a odolnost vyzkou\u0161et a upevnit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wordpress\/image\/k_clankum\/tp_20.jpg\" ALIGN=\"left\" HSPACE=5 VSPACE=5> Je pravda, \u017ee \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd vytrvalostn\u00ed v\u00fdkon v z\u00e1v\u011bru p\u0159edstavuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm silovou pr\u00e1ci. A tak\u00e9 souhlas\u00edm s t\u00edm, \u017ee zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bru v\u00fdkonu ur\u010duje v kone\u010dn\u00e9m sou\u010dtu v\u00edt\u011bze. Toto dnes &#8222;vyr\u00e1b\u00edme&#8220; postupnou, opakovanou metodou, na hranici 85 \u2013 90% maxima.<br \/> Absolutn\u00ed vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed je kontraproduktivn\u00ed, tuto metodu vydr\u017e\u00ed jen velmi m\u00e1lo jedinc\u016f a i u t\u011bch odoln\u00fdch plat\u00ed, \u017ee opakovan\u00fd tr\u00e9nink na 100%, bez pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 rezervy, v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje celkovou sportovn\u00ed \u017eivotnost. <\/p>\n<p> <strong> 3. U v\u011bt\u0161iny individu\u00e1ln\u00edch sport\u016f m\u016f\u017ee \u00fasp\u011bchu dos\u00e1hnout pouze ten, kdo nalezne optim\u00e1ln\u00ed rytmus sv\u00e9ho pohybu. To mu umo\u017en\u00ed \u0161et\u0159it energii sv\u00e9ho organismu. Jak\u00e9koliv zrychlen\u00ed, \u010di zpomalen\u00ed sportovce zbyte\u010dn\u011b vy\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1. Jen inteligentn\u00ed jedinec je schopen vybojovat ten ohromn\u00fd boj, kter\u00fdm je hled\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho rytmu. Nikdo nem\u016f\u017ee o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee jej nalezne d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e po deseti letech tvrd\u00e9 a usilovn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Ano. To je pravdiv\u00e9 tvrzen\u00ed. Jen bych dodal, \u017ee d\u00edky nov\u00fdm a modern\u00edm metod\u00e1m tr\u00e9ninku dnes dok\u00e1\u017eeme zkr\u00e1tit zmi\u0148ovan\u00fdch 10 let p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o t\u0159etinu. <\/p>\n<p> <strong> 4. Rozhodujic\u00edm faktorem je psychika sportovce. O sportovn\u00edm v\u00fdkonu se rozhoduje v hlav\u011b, t\u011blo jej &#8222;pouze&#8220; realizuje. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznam hraje op\u011bt rytmus, kter\u00fd umo\u017en\u00ed dostat se doslova do transu, kdy \u010dlov\u011bk nepoci\u0165uje \u00fanavu ani bolest. <\/p>\n<p> <\/strong> 1000x ano. Kdo tuhle v\u011btu pochop\u00ed, je na cest\u011b k \u00fasp\u011bchu. U\u017e sta\u0159\u00ed \u0158ekov\u00e9 dob\u0159e v\u011bd\u011bli, \u017ee zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed mysli je z\u00e1kladem zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed t\u011bla.
